Casa Serene’ apartment is in a beautiful condominium in the center of Agua Amarga. It has more than 100 square meters distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, with a dining room and direct access to the garden, the pool, and the common spaces. It also has a wood-burning fireplace with heat recovery. The grey and bluish tones of the sea and comfortable furniture turn this space into a place of absolute relaxation. On the same floor is the fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast bar towards the living room, a full bathroom, and a garden-level terrace: the perfect breakfast place. On the same floor, there is a utility room where to do your laundry. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and terraces in each bedroom with different orientations. On the second floor, the triplex of the apartment, there is a room with a double bed and a full bathroom.
The maintenance of the apartment is continuous and is painted periodically, and you will always find Casa Serene in perfect condition to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Facilities
The apartment has Wi-Fi, an eco-fireplace and wood, air conditioning, and a solar water heater with an electric option for cloudy days. In each bedroom, there is also an oil radiator for winter and an electric fan for summer.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, ceramic hob, electric oven, blender, coffee maker, and automatic juicer. It also has crockery, cutlery, and all the essential cooking utensils, as well as tablecloths, etc.
The living room has a TV, a pod for music, and a ceiling fan.
The house is provided with full linen, winter duvets, and towels, including for the pool; a travel cot is also available.
The staircase is safe and equipped with folding doors for children.
Specially trained staff clean the apartment. María, our housekeeper, assists our guests with everything they need. She welcomes them, gives them the keys when possible, and is available for help.
There is free parking in the streets near the apartment. However, we also offer our garage nº 5 for 10€ per day or 100€ in total for reservations of 10 days or more
